DocuSign lets you electronically prepare and send documents right from Salesforce CRM:
Recipients receive an email with links to the document:
and, once opened, tabs guide them to the places that need to be initialized or signed:
You can see a demo and screenshots on the AppExchange. There are more demos on the DocuSign website that let you try some of the app features (like emailing and electronically signing a document). It’s definitely worth checking out.
