AppExchange App of the Week: iHance Chatter Graphs - Story From: Recent Ideas
Alright, I'll admit it, I've got Chatter on the brain these days. There are so many cool new apps on the ChatterExchange though, I just can't help myself. This week's app of the week is called Chatter Graphs and comes from iHance, a longstanding AppExchange partner who also delivers the über popular Absolute Automation email tool.
Chatter Graphs allows you to visualize what accounts people are chatting about across your organization. It uses lines to connect users to accounts that they have chattered about in the last 7 days. Additionally, the thicker the line, the more chats that person has posted about that account.
You can hover over account names to view its most recent post. Also, if there's a configuration of users and accounts that you think would be interesting to other users, you can send it via a link to other users in your company or better yet, even post it to Chatter!
While I use accounts in this example, the app can be applied to all object types.
